Directions
Entrees & Soups: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of pouch into boiling water and stir. Turn off heat and over. Let stand for 12-15 minute, stirring occasionally. Uncover and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Brown Sugar & Maple Multi-Grain: Bring 3 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of pouch into boiling water and stir. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Apple Cinnamon Cereal: Bring 1 1/3 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of pouch into boiling water and stir. Turn off heat and over. Let stand for 12-15 minute, stirring occasionally. Uncover and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Dried Banana Chips: May be eaten directly from the pouch
Whey Milk Alternative: (For one serving) Combine 2 tablespoons Whey Milk Alternative with 1/4 cup room temperature water. Stir to dissolve. Add 3/4 cup water and stir. (For full pouch) Combine contents of Whey Milk Alternative pouch with 3 cups room temperature water. Stir to dissolve. Add 9 cups water and stir. Chill if desired.
Instant White Rice: Stir 1 cup rice into 1 cup boiling water. Cover and let stand 12 minutes before serving.
Pancake Mix: Add 1 1/2 cups mix to 1 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons oil - mix. Add more water until desired consistency is reached. Pre-heat oiled skillet/griddle to 375°. Cook pancakes 1-1.5 minutes per side until golden brown.
