Our ice cream is freeze-dried to -40F degrees and vacuum-dried to remove over 98% of its water content, creating a mess-free and no-melt treat that melts in your mouth. This is the original freeze-dried ice cream, developed for NASA in the 1960s, and proudly made in Boulder, CO. It has a 3-year shelf life and contains milk, soy, and wheat.
