Potato starch also increases baked goods' ability to retain moistness. This can be mixed with gluten free flours to provide a good cooking flour to bake cakes and other items that normally use flour. This is a great addition to your long term food storage staples.
Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place, optimum condition is 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions: Potato starch is most often used as a thickener for sauces, soups, and gravies.
