Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place, optimum condition is 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Mixes instantly. Just add to the desired amount of water and stir. For one quart nonfat milk, add 3.2 oz. (91 g) (1 1/3 to 1 2/3 cups) instant nonfat dry milk to 3 3/4 cups (900 ml) of water.
For five quarts nonfat dry milk, add one lb. instant nonfat dry milk to 18 3/4 cups (4.4 L) of water. (Approximately 4.7 L).
For cream-like consistency, mix one part powder to two parts water.
