Our natural dough enhancer will improve your bread. Dough enhancer is used to add texture to your bread and to add moisture to it. Dough enhancer helps activate your yeast and is used to help soften the texture of it. This is a must have for your long term food storage needs.
Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place, optimum condition is 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 5-10 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions: For whole wheat bread: Add 1 1/2 to 2 rounded Tbsp. dough enhancer to 6 cups whole wheat flour. Dough enhancer works best if oil is added immediately after the dough enhancer is added to water.
