Rainy Day Foods - Bosch Cake Paddles

These new cake paddles attach to the metal whip drive of the Bosch Universal Plus (or older style Bosch Classic) mixer, for making cake and quick bread batter as well as other pourable batters and frosting. They let you make better cake because they avoid incorporating too much air into the batter. If your Bosch mixer has a metal whip drive, these cake paddles will snap right onto it. If you have a Bosch Universal mixer with a plastic whip drive, you will need to instead order the cake paddles together with a metal whip drive.

Note: The metal whip drive is NOT included with these paddles.
