Description
Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 3 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions: Mix 3 cups muffin mix with 1 1/2 cups cold water in an electric mixer for 30 seconds on low speed, then 1 minute on medium speed. Do not over beat. For added texture and flavor, 1 tsp. oil may be added. For a variety add nuts and fruits. Grease bottom of muffin tins and fill only 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done to the touch.
When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.
