Ingredients: Macaroni: enriched macaroni (durum semolina, niacin [B3], ferrous sulfate [iron], thiamine mononitrate[B1], riboflavin [B2], folic acid [B9]). Cheese sauce: (Cheddar cheese blend (cheddar cheese [milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes], whey, buttermilk, salt, natural flavor, cream, annatto extract [color], lactic acid). Nonfat dry millk, corn starch, high oleic sunflower oil, white pepper.

Details: 2 servings of freeze dried macaroni and cheese. A traditional favorite that cooks quickly and tastes great. Great for emergency kits or to include in your food storage.
Directions: Open package and discard oxygen absorber. Carefully add 1 1/3 cups boiling water. Stir carefully and close zipper. Wait 5 minutes, stir again and reseal. Let stand an additional 4 minutes. Stir and enjoy right out of the pouch.
