Preparation Details:
On average, each specific serving requires approximately 1/4 cup of water.
The fruits can be eaten dry or you can prepare them by simply adding water and creating a fresh fruit.
Simply open the pouch of food, remove the oxygen absorber, add water, allow time to re-hydrate (approximately 10 minutes) and serve.
