Potato flakes are great for thickening soups and gravies. Potato flakes are great for making potato pancakes, potato bread and rolls, and gnocchi. There are so many possibilities that you can do with potato flakes besides mashed potatoes and gravy.
Ingredients: Potato (dry), mono and diglycerides, sodium pyrophosphates acid, citric acid, sodium pyrosulphite, turmeric. This product is non-GMO.
