It can store indefinitely when it is stored correctly. Powdered sugar is just white granulated sugar ground up fine. It is great for making icings for your cakes and you can sprinkle it on your doughnuts. It is great to have in your food storage.
Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place, optimum condition is 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 20+ years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions: Use as a sweetener and as called for in recipes.
