Dehydrated carrot dices are bright orange and have the taste and smell of fresh carrots. These dried carrot cubes are so quick and easy to use. No peeling required! Simply cook for a side dish adding honey and butter or add to soups, stews, and casseroles. You can even use them in carrot cake, cookies and cake! Essential to cooking with your survival foods and emergency food storage.

Dehydrated carrots are a cubed size that can be easily added to flavor soups, beans, rice, and stews. Adds a great flavor and color to all your cooking needs.  With its long term shelf life expectancy it's a great item to have in your emergency food storage.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 25 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: Combine 1/2 cup dehydrated carrot dices with 1 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil. Cover. Simmer for 15 minutes. Drain. Season as desired and serve. Yields 1 cup cooked carrots. Add dry to soups and stews. Bake in cakes, cookies and breads.
