Description
Our banana muffin mix is the perfect mix to reach for when you want a soft chewy sweet muffin to eat. This mix is easy to use and it is great to whip up for breakfast, brunch, or as a snack. These muffins are delicious and you and your family will want them when you are craving something sweet. You can add nuts and other sweets if desired. This is a must have for your long term food storage needs!
Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 3-5 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions: Mix 3 cups muffin mix with 1 1/4 cups cold water in an electric mixer for 30 seconds on low speed, then 1 minute on medium speed. Do not over beat. For added texture and flavor, 1 tsp. oil may be added. For a variety add nuts and fruits. Grease bottom of muffin tins and fill only 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done to the touch.
