When Hurricane Maria hit, our power was out for weeks. Without a way to cook, we were relying on pre-packaged foods that needed to be refrigerated. That’s when we discovered freeze-dried and dehydrated foods. They were a lifesaver! We were able to have hot meals without a stove, and the food tasted great. We’ll never be without a supply of freeze-dried and dehydrated foods again.

Samantha is VERY helpful & knowledgeable w/the products. The meats are EXCELLENT taste & texture, i think better than i could cook myself. I don’t need a crisis to ENJOY them NOW, & my husband does as well. I expect to be a customer as long as they have business doors open !

Having the lids makes the preparation and storage of the food easier and more efficient because one can stack the prefilled trays and freeze them while waiting for the processor to finish it's cycle. One can transport the food without spills or leaks.

I did not eat these meats, but purchased them as a gift for some relatives who wanted to start their long-term food stores. They were surprised & happy to have such a substantial start on their new emergency food supply They arrived as expected, all in good shape.
